The Process

1. Discovery
Meet 1:1 with our designer. This is where we begin the process by understanding your story, vision, and aesthetic.
This conversation guides fabric choices, silhouette design, timeline, and overall creative direction.

Free Design Consultation:
Book a complimentary 1:1 consultation call with our designer to discuss your dream gown. During this session, we explore ideas, inspirations, and possibilities — creating a foundation for a design that is uniquely yours.

2. Concept & Design Development
After your consultation, we translate your vision into sketches, mood boards, and detailed design concepts. Here, we consider:

  • Silhouette & fit preferences

  • Fabric and texture options

  • Embellishments and custom detailing

  • Color palettes and lining choices

Every design iteration is carefully curated to  your needs. Our designer will send a proposal of sketches and price points.

3. Fabric Sourcing & Samples
We source luxury fabrics, laces, and trimmings to bring your gown to life. Samples are sent or presented in-person so you can see and feel the textures firsthand, ensuring your gown meets your expectations for quality and artistry.

4. First Fitting / Mock-up
Your initial fitting includes a muslin or prototype of the gown to perfect proportions, structure, and comfort. Adjustments are made to ensure a flawless foundation before final materials are used.

5. Refinement & Detail Work
Once the base fit is perfected, we begin work on the final gown, incorporating final details, including:

  • Hand-applied embellishments, embroidery, or beading.

  • Final Fabrics & Closures

  • Draping and Detail placements

  • Lining, understructures, or supportive design elements

Fittings are scheduled as needed to ensure every aspect of your gown is impeccable.

6. Final Fitting & Adjustments
Your gown is now crafted from the final materials. Once completed we conduct a final fitting to perfect the dress, making any last refinements to ensure comfort, elegance, and effortless wear on your wedding day.

7. Delivery* & Reveal
Your gown is carefully packaged and delivered to you. Whether it’s for a destination wedding or local ceremony, it arrives ready to move, dance, and shine — exactly as imagined.

*All bespoke gowns are delivered no less than 2 months before your wedding date.

FAQ

Q: How far in advance should I book my custom gown?
A: We recommend starting your bespoke bridal journey at least 8 months before your wedding date. This ensures ample time for design, fittings, and any custom details to be perfected.

Q: What is the starting price for a custom gown?
A: Gown pricing begins at $625 USD and varies depending on the complexity of the design, fabric choices, detailing, and respective labor. Each quote is personalized to your vision.

Q: Are there additional costs for travel or fittings?
A: For pieces delivered or fitted more than 65 miles from our location, a proportionate travel fee will be added to your quote. Our pricing remains all-inclusive, covering this and any other necessary additions.

Q: How long is the design and creation process?
A: From initial consultation to final fitting, the bespoke gown process typically spans several months. Exact timelines vary by design complexity, but booking early ensures your gown is ready well before your wedding day.

Q: Can you accommodate destination weddings or out-of-state clients?
A: Absolutely. We are happy to work with brides in Texas & beyond, incorporating virtual consultations, fittings, and travel arrangements as needed.

Q: How many fittings are included?
A: A standard of two fittings are included to ensure your gown fits flawlessly. In between these fitting we work with local fit models with similar measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Each session refines both comfort and silhouette, with additional fittings available if necessary.

Q: Can you replicate a design I’ve seen elsewhere?
A: We draw inspiration from your ideas and vision, but every gown is uniquely designed to reflect your personal style. We deeply respect the creative and intellectual property of other designers, and honor their dedication by creating original designs that reflect our commitment to craftsmanship and individuality. Our focus is on creating a one-of-a-kind gown that is truly yours.
